Testimonials regarding the presentation on functional fluency:
Your presentation had me engaged and stayed with me. In the days after I found myself asking in moments of challenge “I wonder in what mode(s) I am functioning now? What shifts that might be helpful would I want to make?”. Thank you for those insights. My impression is that the Functional Fluency model offers a powerful resource to support a range of coaching contexts.

COMENSA Western Cape was delighted to host Dr Layo Seriki from Cielarko International Management Consultants as part of our November chapter meeting. We thoroughly enjoyed her presentation of Functional Fluency, finding the model easy to grasp and intuitive. We appreciate its power and relevance to coaching in that Functional Fluency creates options for new useful behaviour by bringing the unconscious into awareness. Thank you again for sharing this exciting model for understanding human behaviour, we look forward to seeing more of it in the future!
