Layo Seriki is the Managing Director of CIELARKO – International Management Consultants. Her work as a researcher, university lecturer, coach, trainer and consultant concentrates on identifying what is needed to optimise the performance of people, especially in the African context. In fifteen years as a consultant she has worked with multinationals, NGOs and individuals in Africa, Europe and North America.
She has been learning about and working with TA since 2009 and uses the TA concepts as powerful tools to develop communication skills and interpersonal relationships in organisations. Layo combines Transactional Analysis with insights from other fields, especially Personality Models (DISC, Enneagram), Systemic Constellations and Equine Assisted Coaching.
Layo has a Masters equivalent (Dipl.-Wi.-Ing.) in Industrial Engineering from the University of Karlsruhe (TH), Germany and a Doctorate in International Management from the WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
She is passionate about diversity and continuously strives to build bridges between people and contexts that appear to be separate.
