This Webinar is for TA learners who work with people from different cultures: family cultures; ethnic cultures; organisational cultures. In the modern world this is probably all of us whatever our field of practice.

- consideration of the tugs between the different cultures that you are part of
Rosemary Napper (UK), TSTA (O E C):
Rosemary Napper lives in Oxford UK and has worked with TA in many countries: TA and Coaching in Brazil every August and September, TA Training in India, Japan, Korea, and a TA101 in Nairobi on 5/6 June 2017 as well as various workshops in Europe and TA based intercultural work for the European Union. With Trudi Newton, she wrote TACTICS about adult learning which is now published in Czech, Korean and Portuguese; and a chapter on Coaching in the Sage handbook (2015); and a chapter in LifesScripts edited by Richard Erskine (2010). All of this amounts to her being a typical ‘third culture kid’!
