The application of Transactional Analysis in Organisational Development
This workshop is aimed at OD, Training, Human Resources Practitioners, managers and leaders in Organisations.
- Where TA fits in to the Organisational Developmentarena.
- The use of the TA models of Script, Games, Rackets, Drivers, Strokes, Ego States and Symbiosis to analyse the wellbeing of an Organisation and to designprocesses towards increased wellbeing and development.
- Case studies from various industries and examples of application of TA in OD.
- Linking Argyris and Schon’s single and double loop learning; and the Adkar model of OD to TA applications.
The participants will walk away with a greater understanding of how TA contributes to overall organisational development and wellbeing; a model of OD with links to TA applications to use in their organisations; examples of how this has been applied.
